Free Architectural Shingle Upgrade
THICKER – HIGHER WIND RATING – LONGER LIFESPAN
We upgrade all our projects to use longer-lasting architectural shingles (also known as dimensional shingles) over the lower cost 3-tab shingles. These premium shingles are sturdier, stand up better to the elements and come with a longer warranty.
Free Synthetic Underlayment Upgrade
MORE DURABLE – FASTER INSTALL – REPELS WATER
Since traditional felt underlayment can often tear and absorb moisture, we upgrade all our projects to use synthetic underlayment that is stronger and water repellent. It is also lighter allowing for longer rolls of material so your roof has less seams and potential weak spots.
